Luxury yachts for sale: the highlights from Equinoxe Yachts
Good Shot, Shogun and Noi Toy. Three of the luxury yachts for sale from Equinoxe right now. Three very different craft which, however, share the signature elegance of every sailing and motoryacht selected by Equinoxe Yachts. Meticulous attention is lavished too on guaranteeing all clients, be they sellers or buyers, the very best across the board.
Selling is a skill that demands both experience and expertise both qualities in plentiful supply at Equinoxe Yachts, which has sold over 500 craft in the course of its 30-year career. The team headed by Corrado Di Majo and Alessandro Ussi has developed impressive expertise in the new and pre-owned sales arenas alike. Both men have worked as brokers and dealers for yards of the calibre of Bénéteau, Azimut and Ferretti to name but a few. During their time as project managers and general contractors, they have also flanked and supported clients from the first spark of an idea to the nitty-gritty of finding just the right architect and yard, all the way through the various stages of construction.
These activities together with Di Majo and Ussi’s personal curriculums guarantee a 360-degree skill set. In fact, owners from all over the world with luxury yachts for sale or wishing to buy new ones, come to Equinoxe Yachts because they are confident they can count on an absolutely solid, reliable team. Just as is true for a home or a dearly-loved object, selling or buying a yacht is an important, highly complex step that goes well beyond the actual sale or purchase itself: people need to know that their cherished yacht will find a new owner capable of taking proper care of it and equally may need to find a new craft that suits their own changing requirements. In short, the human and emotional element is very much on an equal footing with the buying and selling. Equinoxe Yachts is well versed in dealing with all of the aforementioned aspects. It is no coincidence that its portfolio of luxury yachts for sale includes some genuine gems, custom yachts aimed at the most expert and discerning type of client.
The highlights of these particular months are three yachts – two sailing and one motor.
The first is Good Shot, a 20-metre Nauta 65 launched in 1994 and refit in 2013. Although still relatively new compared to many classic craft, Good Shot is something of a milestone in yacht design history: she is a truly timeless sailing yacht with waterlines penned by Bruce Farr, and interior design and deck plan by Nauta Yachts, which also built her. At the time of her construction, in fact, Nauta had its own yard which it later sold to devote itself entirely to designing. It is exactly these kinds of details that make Good Shot a genuinely unique yacht.
Good Shot’s interiors are teak and span a master cabin forward, a saloon amidships and two two-berth cabins aft in addition to another for the crew. Good Shot is lying at Argentario where she is available for viewing.
The second of the luxury yachts for sale is Shogun, a 37-metre built from aluminium by the Holland Jachtbouw shipyard in 2006. She is a much newer superyacht than Good Shot but has just emerged from a complete refit at Perini Navi and is very modern indeed. Shogun also made her mark on the yacht design world. Lying at La Spezia, this cruising sloop penned by Dixon Yacht Designs is clothed in sublimely elegant lines that are particularly evident in her sleek, streamlined deckhouse. Shogun is fast and powerful in all wind conditions, thanks to a large sail plan. The elegance and attention-to-detail evident in her exterior are mirrored in her John Munford-designed interiors where pear wood panelling, and wengé and leather accents feature. There are three guest cabins forward and, cleverly separated by the bright day area, a crew quarters aft.
A clean, uncluttered deck plan, a cockpit with a concealed bimini and dodger sprayhood system, and twin helms make Shogun the perfect choice for sailing devotees that adore sailing and competing with family in complete comfort and safety.
Last but not least, one of the stars of the motor-powered luxury yachts for sale from Equinoxe Yachts is Noi Toy, a craft just as unique in her own way as Good Shot and Shogun. Built in 2009 by Toy Marine, a small Savona yard that produces stunningly beautiful, elegant yachts, the 20-metre Noi Toy has a classic design also crafted by Nauta Yachts. She is a clever fisherman-lobster boat hybrid that could easily be described as the perfect link between what a sailor would want and the desires of an owner dreaming of a classic, extremely seaworthy motoryacht.
Her interiors are very bright and cleverly designed with a day area surrounded by large windows and three guest cabins (two two-berths and one master).
Noi Toy can be viewed in the Argentario area of Italy.
Three luxury yachts for sale – all very different but also linked by the same leitmotifs of sophistication and exclusivity. Which makes them absolutely perfect to join the Equinoxe Yachts fleet!
